As long as it's just your points that have dwindled, you're ok. It's when other parts start to dwindle that you need to worry.

This is why Michigan can never have a mascot! We need toavoid this type of childish shenanigans by permanently instituting a mascot ban, one which will pertain to every Michigan sport.

Sparty gave me the finger on the sidelines when I was in East Lansing with the MMB. Never seen another mascot act like he does, it's pretty amazing.

Live wolverines or nothing! Mascots are trouble. I was at a Tampa Rays game once where their mascot took a kids hat off, wiped his ass with it, threw it on the ground and stomped on it. Needless to say, the fan reaction was not friendly. He tried to apologize and brought him a new hat, but neither the kid's parents nor anyone else in our section was having it. Their PR people came, some girl with the clipboard, even a guy with a tie. It was truly one of the most uncomfortable moments I have ever seen at a sporting event.

If it was a Tampa Bay game when they first came into the league, then I guess I can understand that. Besides, few would have been there to see it.
