The home stretch!

Single digits! I still remember the days when it was triple digits. I can't believe there are only 231 hours until the first game.

can't wait.

Love the Denard/ND alignment. Perfect use of #16 in his ND ass kicking.

So close...this stretch of the offseason always drags out something fierce. The next 9 days are going to feel like the the rest of the offseason combined. Either way, I'm looking forward to a big year from Tay, probably one of my favorite non-big name Wolverines of the last several years. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

I know I'm the third person to express this exact sentiment, so I'll include the video for the MGoViewingEnjoymentofOthers.

Bart Scott just says it all

The Denard picture could not be any better!

I can't wait for when the seniors take the field against Western and prove everyone wrong. The last 3 years have been tough, but they stuck through it. They stuck with Michigan through all of the good times and bad times and for that, we owe them so much. To see them get to the Big 10 championship however farfetched it may seem would be the perfect ending to the journey and hardship these men have been through.
I can't wait

In appreciation of the little things in life...single digits.
This offsets setting a new record in Austin today - 70 days 100 or hotter this year....joy.
August 25th, 2011 at 2:23 AM ^
Well, at least you're not in Phoenix where it averages 110 days over 100 degrees per year...

go to the first game! My girlfriend bought me two tickets for the home opener vs WESTERN. Oh man I'm excited.

have found yourself a keeper.

Still remember Denard's first snap against WMU when he fumbled the snap just to take it to the house. Amazing moment, I can only hope to see him make some similar plays this season, although I hope it doesn't require a fumbled first snap for him to get a TD.

Kinda knew at that moment that this kid was something special. I never would have guessed how special, but I don't think anyone did.

Just in that moment I think everybody in the staduim saw something special. The staduim erupted when Denard cleared that last WMU defender. I'll remember that play forever as Denards breakout. His athleticism is something special (obviously).

Every time I see that play I think two things:
1) MAN DENARD IS FAST and
2) Holy crap that block tay put on was ridiculous especially since he ran across the field

Ann Arbor all the way from Quitman, MS (hometown of Antonio McDyess.). I'm
<br>originally from Detroit, but I've lived down here for the past 14 years. It's so annoying arguing with SEC fans about how much more prestigious Michigan is than any team but Alabama in their conference. How their schools hand out scholarships to kids who can't even spell their own names... It was annoying going to the Citrus Bowl in 2001 and losing 45-17 to a Tennessee team that should've been playing for the NC, while we should have been playing in the Sugar Bowl, but instead A-Train had the phantom fumble against Northwestern. It was heartbreaking to sell my Capital One Bowl tickets on eBay because of a family emergency and have to miss seeing us become the only team outside of the SEC to beat Tim Tebow... And it was disgusting to watch the shellacking we took in the Gator Bowl first hand in Jacksonville, then have to drive all the way back to MS and go to work the next day. I can't believe my first game at The Big House is going to be the first game ever UTL! This is something that I can't wait to tell my kids when they're older. I just hope when I tell the story, I'm able to tell them how much we won by and how it sprung us on toward a Big Ten championship and Denard a trip to New York.

I'm excited for you ... if I were you, I definitely wouldn't be able to sleep the Friday night before the game (or maybe that whole week.)
