He is doing it this way to be respectful to RR and what he has earned.  It is very unlikely he is retained, because RR would at least have been told by now and he acts as though he has no idea. The only thing leading to any delay at this point is the inability to find an upgrade.

As a result, I would give the offense a B. The lack of a strong MLB is so damaging that I would downgrade to a C+. Those good DBs will have to make too many TD saving tackles.
