I work for state government, albeit in Florida, and the information seen in these resumes is considered public record. Unless you are a sworn law enforcement officer - home addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are all considered fair game. However, health information, social security numbers and certain financial information like account numbers are not subject to public information requests. This seems legit. Just my two cents.
