What has come out to run…

What has come out to run contrary to the "Connor going rogue" theory? Based on what we know, isn't that the only conclusion to draw at this point? I'm confused on all the doom and gloom when all we know is that the dude bought tickets and had other people attend games to film signals. Additionally, it's still in question about whether that technically violates any rules. Spirit? Yes. Letter? Less likely.

Assuming they win out, no

Assuming they win out, no idea how TCU gets left behind. Their schedule is as difficult as Oregon's, FSU's, and ND's, and TCU has looked better.

The unending hype train for

The unending hype train for Hackenburg is something I just don't get. He's been nothing but average his entire time at Penn State.

I'm not one to bitch, but,

I'm not one to bitch, but, I'm going to right here. It's ridiculous that it took me 50 posts to find a "fuck you refs" comment. The refs have been fucking teams left and right in this tournament, and we're just another casualty.

It got comical at some points the nonsense they were calling on Michigan. The fouls we were getting penalized for apparently didn't translate on the other side of the court. As others have mentioned, you have folks on Kentucky dropping the shoulder and smashing dudes. On top of it, I don't know how many times I thought to myself - and even the other people I was watching with (who are all other B1G school fans) said "hey, that's a travel." It's horseshit that nuances like that don't get called.

Kentucky deserves to lose. They're an undisiciplined, sloppy team and hopefully the refs will let it catch up to them.

Fuck Calipari, fuck Kentucky. Assholes.

To lend a little credence to

To lend a little credence to this point, I have a friend that works for a local bank currently having certain lending practices being investigated by the Department of Justice. A single complaint about discrimination brought DOJ in and they're investigating everything over a 3 or 4 year span.

This issue is surely about Gibbons. They're just doing due diligence to make sure it's not a consistent issue.

I don't think that OSU has

I don't think that OSU has the ability to beat MSU that bad. But, to that point, who cares if Alabama plays in the Rose Bowl??

I didn't read the entire

I didn't read the entire thread, so this has probably been mentioned already, but I'd rather see OSU win.

1. I hate MSU. They lose to OSU.

2. I hate the SEC, so they get left out of the NCG with an OSU win.

3. I hate OSU. They would lose to FSU in the NCG.

Perfect storm - MSU loss, no SEC in NCG, OSU loss. Lolz for all.

I'm not sure why your last

I'm not sure why your last negative is a huge, well, negative. Most scout teams aren't very good relative to the guys that make up the rotation -- that's why they're on the scout team.

As a team, Michigan is pretty deep.

WesternUnion is incredibly

WesternUnion is incredibly easy. I have deposited with 5Dimes twice using WU and haven't had any issues. You can even create a WU account and wire money online.

That's easier than using a credit card, in my opinion, because I don't want to fill out all the forms and provide 10 different types of ID these sites require when you pull money out. I feel a helluva lot safer using WU than sending a copy of my photo ID to Costa Rica.

If that Philly trade (send

If that Philly trade (send Jrue Holiday + 2014 1st rounder to New Orleans) is accurate, they're going to pick Trey.

Minnesota and Portland don't need PGs.

I don't think the Heat are

I don't think the Heat are far-and-away the best team in the NBA anymore. I mean, the Pacers were able to outplay them for most of that series.

Sounds like someone's trying

Sounds like someone's trying to take advantage of the situation:

Trying to get coach on the phone to commit to ! I am trying to be a part of the program.

They still have Andrew

They still have Andrew Hendrix, I believe. I don't think he starts over Rees, but he probably has the one-up on Zaire for #2 on the depth chart.

Mantim Te'bow?

Don't forget about Tyler

Don't forget about Tyler Wideman from Lake Central - GR3's alma mater. Wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in the B1G.

I'm surprised he didn't get

I'm surprised he didn't get at least one more year considering all the injuries Northwestern suffered this year.

Adidas has 10 year olds

Adidas has 10 year olds stitching them, too.

There's not really anything

There's not really anything between ND and Indiana, but there surely is between Indiana and Purdue.

Purdue fans have developed the same "little brother" syndrome as MSU fans - they're more concerned with how IU does than their own team. To them, an IU loss is more important than a Purdue win; especially recently with IU being pretty good.

Two things:
1. Is it really

Two things:

1. Is it really the responsibility of the NCAA or NBA to protect these kids from themselves?

2. If so, the current one-and-done model doesn't achieve that. One year of college is about as useless as no college at all. Why not require players to stay for an extended period of time before jumping to the NBA?

I said the same thing several

I said the same thing several times during the game. Stauskas got by Hulls often, but really only finished once (I think) when he dunked it.

The other times he just got up awkward shots.

I think this was discussed in

I think this was discussed in the game recap, but those putbacks are just as much the fault of the on-ball defender as McGary - if they didn't get beat to the basket, McGary wouldn't have to come over and help. Generally speaking, your choices are: Oladipo throwing a dunk down or getting a routine lay-in, or forcing a tough shot and hoping someone can block out on the backside.

It's a damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't situation.

U.S. goes one and two in 100

U.S. goes one and two in 100 back. Grevers gold, Thoman silver.

I guess it depends on what

I guess it depends on what you consider "exciting," but the women's volleyball games often have more rallies because, well, they're not as good as the men.

There's been quite a few plays so far in just the fourth set that were bad passes that made it over, whiffed blocks, or poor defensive placement.

Oh, boy. Homeland. I

Oh, boy. Homeland. I definitely forgot about that. It's a bit over-the-top at points, but, if you enjoyed something like 24, you'll like Homeland. It's good stuff.

I'm only about halfway

I'm only about halfway through Louie's second season and I've only found it to be moderate+.  It's funny and clever, but not that funny and clever.

But, to answer the question, Breaking Bad and Walking Dead are tops on my list, followed by The League and, later, Dexter. Both of those latter two seem to be kinda going downhill. Same for The Office - it's gotten pretty bad, but, since it's nearing the end, I feel compelled to finish it out.

Any suggestions for some new shows? I've always heard good things about Sons of Anarchy and Game of Thrones. And it sounds like Girls and Shameless could be worth a look.

Or what will turn Tyrus

Or what will turn Tyrus Thomas into, potentially, the top pick overall in 2016.

Did anyone else see the ref

Did anyone else see the ref high-five Erik Spoelstra as he ran by?

Ah.  Fair enough.  Thanks for the information, guys.

That's what I was getting at

That's what I was getting at - that Tom is a likely source of that information.

I'm not sure if or where Tom said that, but, I'm more inclined to believe the page than you.  Sorry.

I'm curious to see how this

I'm curious to see how this pans out.  Oversigning.com posted on twitter last night that now Alabama has 26 total commits, despite new SEC rules allowing a cap of 25.  Also, they don't have any room to back count scholarships.

While I think you're right, I

While I think you're right, I just don't get why anyone would want Bynum.

Is that really the best deal Orlando has available to them?  No-knees McGee and, potentially, one of the last few picks in the first round?

No Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers?

I hope I'm wrong, but I'd bet

I hope I'm wrong, but I'd bet both Garnett AND Banner coming to Michigan is a stretch.

This doesn't surprise me.

This doesn't surprise me.  It's something I've thought for awhile now.

GR3 actually goes to the high school in the town where I grew up.  My brother, who is a few years older then GR3, has played against him and knows him from the AAU circuit.  GR3 is the real deal, and I guarantee he's better than many of the kids ranked in front of him.

Have you used up all of your

Have you used up all of your eligibility, Bobby?  Michigan can use some immediate help on defense.

I couldn't agree more.  My

I couldn't agree more.  My girlfriend is from the area and I'm in South Bend often and have been sorely unimpressed with the campus, as well as the nightlife.

While there are some attractive girls, I don't think many of them actually go to school there.  They're home from other schools during the summer and, occassionally, for football games.

I will never understand the

I will never understand the appeal of Notre Dame.  What are its redeeming qualities, outside of "tradition" and, potentially, the coaches?

South Bend sucks, the weather sucks, the fans suck, the girls are ugly.
