  • 2016 big man Caleb Swanigan recaps Michigan trip

“I’m more of a back-to-the-basket type of big man that rebounds a lot,” Swanigan said on Wednesday, describing his game. “I have a Zach Randolph type of game — that’s who I base my game off of. Being physical and playing with both hands on the rim.”

  • Walton Jr. waits in wings for Michigan

“He passes, he makes other guys better and he can score the ball as well. With that freshman adjustment, it’s all about how quickly you adjust to the speed of the game and the length of the players on the court,” Jordan said. “We know he has good vision and passing ability. Kids come in as freshmen like Trey and they don’t know what to say from a leadership standpoint, so they’re just listening and that’s where the other guys come in and show them the ropes.”

Went to Perrin in Comstock Park.  Nate Walser (formerly of Founders, came up with the recipe for KBS) is the brewmaster and he makes some really solid beers.  My favorite from this trip was their I2D2 Black IPA.

B.O.R.I.S is excellent, definitely one of the better RISs I have had.  The oatmeal adds a bit of a different flavor, almost salty, to it.  I got it for $9.99 for a bomber which isn't terrible for an RIS.  I pay $16 for a 4 pack of Ten Fidy and around that for Founders Imperial Stout as well.  I will definitely get B.O.R.I.S again since I only bought 2 bottles this time and one is to lay down for a year.

Jealous. Siciliano's was out by the time I got there. Too lazy to look elsewhere....

33 weeks 5 days ago Dragon's Milk is excellent

Dragon's Milk is excellent and Ichabod was my craft beer gateway, but I generally find New Holland's offerings to be underwhelming.

33 weeks 5 days ago Founders is one of my faves.

Have Curmudgeon, Breakfast Stout, and Frangelic Mountain Brown aging in my basement right now. Just finished my last Harvest Ale from the Harvest Party yesterday.

I have 38 different kinds of beer in my basement at the moment and 8 more in the fridge so I definitely don't need to go buy more. I was more commenting on being disappointed (again) by New Holland.

Derp.  I am still pretty sure I am a ways to the right of you, my seats are to the right of the aisle by a decent amount.  The guy with the poof ball on his head is about 15-20 seats to the left of me.

After I looked for a third time I realized I was wrong.  I am one section over (Section 40).  You are right about them being good seats if and only if the action is in that end.  When it goes to the other end I find myself watching the jumbotron more often than not.
