Well, yes, but Hill was helped a great deal by the fact that Hopkins got flushed and flung the ball right at him. All Levert had to do was not drop it, and he didn't. I'm not dogging Hill - he did his job. If every defensive player did their job as well as he did, UM wouldn't have a D problem.
But the most helpful thing about that play was Army's decision to pass instead of run. It showed why they don't throw much.
