I wish him the best and a quick recovery. I will say that from the beginning I felt that him in a Chip Kelly offense was a recipe for “nah.”

Repost with the same bad title even. This is a hell of a day!

I apologise. This site isn't really user friendly after a loss.

You're both a curious monkey and a wise owl?

The site has been less user-friendly since the upgrade - at least on my phone

Agreed 100% mobile version is horrible.
September 2nd, 2018 at 2:52 PM ^
It started long before the upgrade.

Dont blame the site for a terrible thread title.

It's going to be a long season for UCLA. At least fans can go the beach on fall Saturdays.

I was at that game --- some of the UCLA fans are already upset with Kelly, specifically his play-calling. I guess, but that's a pretty short leash!
They do need Speight. Thompson-Robinson isn't ready just yet, but UCLA still has enough talent elsewhere to cobble together a 6-6 season w/ competent QB play.

Congrats on a solid road win for your alma mater.
(IIRC you're a UC alum, yes?)

Not my alma mater - I lived in Cinci for quite awhile and became a fan.
Hopefully a sign that the Bearcats are emerging from the Tommy Tuberville nightmare.

UCLA had basically the same team with a top 10 NFL draft pick at QB last year and barely cobbled together 6-6.
That program is as dysfunctional as any Rich Rod program ever was.

If things go the right way, Kelly and Harbaugh will get fired at the same time, and we can hire Kelly. #FireHarbaugh

If this has anything to do with his last year's back injury I hope he retires. Splitting snaps on a team that might not even be .500 is not worth a repeat spine injury. That could be severe in the long term. His odds to make an NFL roster are not good. Shoulder surg in HS. Other shoulder surg here. Broken back here. And possibly a re-broken back at UCLA.

Really feel for the kid. Back and neck injuries are scary stuff too.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - for the "leaders and best", this is a shitty-ass website.
