Who else lives in Columbus??

Submitted by FlexUM on November 26th, 2022 at 5:26 PM

Been living in Columbus 18 years (it actually is a great city, strong economy and lots of opportunity). However, I’ve dealt with their crap nonstop. Even after last year they give us crap that it was a fluke.

I will not leave my house without UM gear now.

Is this thread worthy? Not normally but who cares.

I love you guys! I love this team! Go Blue! I’m just so proud of these guys!

We’re on our way into town! Spent the holiday in GR and watched The Game with 20+ people I love there before everyone packed up and left for Virginia. My wife is driving while there’s a little light left for now, but we should be in Columbus in a few hours. My dad says I should consider taking my michigan stuff off my car so I don’t get run off the road. No fuckin’ way in hell am I doing that though. If I’ve gotten spend 4+ hours driving through ohio today I’m doing it reminding them every mile who the Victors are!

The buckeyes can't blame the weather this year.  They didn't have the flu. They had a halftime lead and were outplaying Michigan. They dared JJ to throw the ball and he did. Michigan didn't have their best player on the field (Blake Corum and also Mike Morris didn't play on our side). Will those buckeye fans use their list of injuries as an excuse? Let 'em whine.

Ask those fans in C-Bus, how could your team implode in the second half? Did they choke?-Sure did!

My best friend lives in Hilliard, which is just outside Columbus.  She and her husband live just two blocks from Jim Tressel’s old house.

She told me her neighborhood has NEVER sounded this quiet in the 12 years she’s lived there.

I do and it’s weird, but my Buckeye friends and co-workers, haven’t talked much football with me over the last year, guess I can look forward to another quiet year.

My brother in law, sent me a picture before the game of him in his: Ann Arbor is a whore shirt.
after the last play, I replied: Ann Arbor may be a whore, but she just took Ryan Days money and didn’t even let him finish. Still waiting on his response.

Westerville here, since ‘99.  Kid goes to the same high school as Brad Robbins did.

Love going into work on Mondays after a win in The Game.  I work very close to campus with lots of OSU grads.  It’ll be oh so quiet as they mostly try to avoid me all week.  But after years of the smug or pity looks, I don’t care.

Not Columbus, but about an hour and a half Northwest of you in Lima. Travel to Columbus frequently enough and always do wear my M gear. Watched the OSU/Northwestern game at Roosters in German Village wearing my M gear. Got out of there once the second half came and they started getting restless.
