Who does UM have drafted in '21?
Looking at the 3rd and 4th year guys next year we are going to be very thin in the draft. I can see Nico, Eubanks and Hutch if he goes early (please no). Unfortunately, I don't see any of these guys going on the first day and might be late on the second day too.
Who am I missing?
Ambry Thomas, Jalen mayfield (hope not), Kwity Paye, Cam McGrone (hope not), Chris Evans? Hawkins? Kemp? Josh Ross? Steuber?
Thomas, Mayfield, McGrone, and Hutchinson have first round potential depending on how well they can step up next year. Nico is Day 1 and 2 depending on if Michigan can take the next step in getting an explosive offense. Paye is Round 3 or 4. Bell is 3-5 if he jumps but he should stay for a senior year. Evans can be anywhere from 3-UDFA depending on how well he can learn the offense. Eubanks is probably 5-UDFA. Hawkins could be 6-UDFA. Kemp is UDFA. Ross and Steuber have 2 years left and I don’t think either are in positions to leave early. Nordin and Hart could be drafted in the late rounds as well.
Wow, can I have some of what you are drinking??? I hope you are right but...
Hutch andMayfield may have 2nd round, don't think McGrone will come out, but he's too small to go much before 5th or 6th.
Eubanks could be 5th. NFL likes TEs.
Bell??? you aren't serious?
I’m not saying these players are up to that level right now. But they have potential to raise their draft stock and have flashed talent.
Also, I don’t know how you can say McGrone is too small for the NFL when one of Michigan’s best LBs in program history was also a smaller LB and drafted in the 1st round.
McGrone ain't Bush
I'm more optimistic about the potential of Eubanks and Hawkins. Less optimistic about several of the others.
Chris Evans ???
no, bob evans. big in the sausage world.
Also, Jimmy Dean.
you forget. jimmy dean was a last minute decommit. ended up playing for IHOP.
pretty sure they paid him under the table. in syrup.

Sounds like a sticky situation if that were to spill out.
i think they buttered up the NCAA officials, who then wiped it all away.
Nupe
You are becoming a very similar Maizen. Nothing but negative. Interesting
Wow. So, it is realistic to think Michigan might have 8 players drafted in rounds 1-3 of next year’s draft? I guess it will be sad to see them all go after winning that elusive NC.
I know this is going to sound awful, and it's not directed to the OP.
Honestly, I don't care at this point. Just fucking win a championship.
You have high standards. I'd settle for winning 11 games and not ever looking like shit in a loss.
Haha.
I've watched over the last 5-10 years, Michigan players get drafted in pretty high numbers the top few rounds. It has equated to precisely dick. That's why whenever I hear about this massive talent gulf, I don't wanna hear it.
Uncle Leo. The draft picks have equated to a top 10 team 4/5 Harbaugh seasons. Prettt much every team besides Alabama, OSU, Clemson, Georgia, would be thrilled with that. I’m not happy where we are (I want a national title) but let’s not be dishonest and downplay the success uofm has had lately.
How many of those seasons saw the team ranked top 10 post bowl game?
4/5 were ranked top 10 on SP+.
W/L, not meaningless fancy stats.
What success? Beating the teams they are supposed to, and losing to the teams they are supposed to?
It's 2020. It's about trophies. This team has not done shit, period. That's not just conjecture, that's the numbers.
Yep, and this year's outstanding draft compared to last year's on the field results prove your point. Enough said. I just can't make up excuses anymore. I'm not saying we have OSU's talent but 15 out of the last 16 and no B1G championship since 2004 is ridiculous when you look at what the NFL thinks of our talent.
You have high standards. I'd settle for watching the team run out of the tunnel on opening day.
Lol. You're hoping for a national championship still!?
No. I was talking about B-ten.
Agree, I don't think a B1G championship every 4 to 5 years is asking for too much.
I think you should probably lower that to 1 every 10 years.
Agree, I don't think a B1G championship every 4 to 5 years is asking for too much.
How about 2nd place in Big 10 East? That's our ceiling for now until we greatly improve recruiting and schemes
This song and dance is getting repetitive.
10-3 ceiling w bitter Ls to begin and end the season
8-5 floor
Get 5-8 players drafted and then wonder why the hell the team underperforms when analysts mock Michigan for not using its talent appropriately on draft day like they did w Uche and DPJ this year.
Rinse and repeat.
+1000 Uche in the 2nd with 40% usage....good job Don.
Next year might be a real tire fire. I don't see any real difference makers on the entire team. Offense has no way to score unless one of the QBs really steps up and the D...geesh let's say it has some gaps.
The program is getting stale and having problems filling the seats as is. (So is a lot of college football, but an excited fan base would go a ways to mitigate that)
Now you have the pandemic. It’s gonna be crickets in the Big House. If it’s close to 2014, then Harbaugh’s job will be on the line for sure imo going into 2021.
Michigan has not had a problem filling its seats at all. It's actually kinda surprising.
That changes this season, pandemic or not. Combine a pathetic home schedule with a team that people don't have much expectations for? They'd have had trouble selling tickets even if nobody had ever heard of COVID-19.
But, it's worth noting, it would have been the first time in the Harbaugh era. A testament to our fanbase.

You realize we rarely sell out any games other than OSU, MSU and ND? We only keep the >100k record going by using some creative accounting.
I keep hearing good things about Donovan Jeter.
Can someone on campus confirm if Luiji Vilain is an actual person?
Convinced he’s Manti Teo’s gf status at this point with the off-season hype and in-season no shows.
Maybe Dylan, if he has a Heisman type year?
I’m not certain there will be a season. The people who are talking about pushing the start into January or February are delusional. The players are not going to agree to playing two seasons in one year, nor should they?
Heisman? I hope Dylan is good enough for All-B1G honorable mention.
So would I. I gave a speculative answer since other posters identified the likely candidates. Not sure why this caused offense
There's a handful who are theoretically draftable. Of the top end guys, I wouldn't be shocked to see Hutch, Ambry or McGrone develop into first rounders.
I see Nico as a second round pick. NFL generally seems to prefer the speed guys over the huge jump ball guys in the first round.
Kwity has early round potential too I think.
Ask in February. Ready to decompress after ten hours in front of the TV the last few days.
Maybe Shea, since they forgot about him this year.
Er, don't think they forgot about him. But, he'll be a really good XFL QB...oh, wait, what?
Hutch could blow up. Ambry will get drafted
Well. Need a season of college football which is looking increasingly like a no-go for the fall.
It's not a huge class but guys like Collins, Thomas, Eubanks all seem likely to be drafted, and I wouldn't be shocked if someone like Paye or Kemp work into a late round.
How in the absolute fuck is anyone supposed to know?
