Where did Threet go?

Submitted by HartAttack20-20 on
I don't know if this was ever gone over and I hate to bring it back to the front page, but I didn't see where Threet was transfering to. Anybody know where he is going?

From terminate carr: "Tater? Is this where Tater comes in and babbles about Adrian again?" What kind of crap is this? You really need to find something better to do than to perpetrate an unprovoked attack on a fellow UM fan. You don't know me, you don't know who I am, you don't know how or what I think, and, of all posters here, an idiot like you has no logical basis for calling anyone else's posts "babbling." Also, it would be "really, really great" if you pretended that you had an IQ over seventy when you post.

I'm wondering what major college would want him. When you combine slow feet, bad mechanics resulting in a sidearm delivery, no touch, a lack of accuracy, and a penchant for transferring, the package isn't very impressive. It doesn't do any good to be 6-5 if you throw the ball from your hip. My original opinion still stands; he won't be successful at a D-1 school.

Actually most pro-style offenses would love to have him. He was a big time recruit with NFL size and a cannon arm. Not to mention that it is not hard to offer a kid one of 85 spots on your roster if he meets these criteria. Worst-case scenario for the tea is he transfers in and takes up a scholarship for 2 years (letting him go before his 5th year). It is actually a good situation for them, he can sit for a year and learn the offense and then play for two years.

I talked to Threet about a week ago. He's not sure where he's going yet. He's going to take some visits, and go from there.

I was hoping Tom would answer me. Pretty much nobody even considered the topic of this thread other than him.

is attractive enough to get an offer. Some schools will offer kids that normally would not have a chance at being a starter a scholly just because their GPA would have a positive effct on the overall team GPA and they normally will help the graduation rates.
