Where are the muppets?
Where are the muppets damn it? Not necissarily for beating Western--but this is not your father's Western. They're going to win some games this year. At the same time, until yesterday there was serious concern that this was not going to be your father's Michigan. I want muppets for having a legitimate division 1 quarterback! Tate Forcier looked like a veteran out there.
I'll agree that normally destroying Western would not be a cause for this much celebration, and in the future it wont be, but damn it, it's great to be a Michigan Wolverine!
I worry for my television when Tate comes out of the game next week though. I may have to bolt a few things down to prevent their projectile utilization. As bad as OSU looked though...this conference is wide freaking open. And Michigan isn't coming to the gunfight with a butter knife anymore.

We're Michigan, and we're bigger than celebrating wins over MAC opponents. I look at yesterday as a return to normalcy, not cause for wild celebration.

I am wrapping myself in Normalcy all day. So nice and soft. Feels nice...

...but my high school coach used to tell us, "act like you're been there before". in the big picture, this is more of a restoration of the natural order than it is a huge achievement.
Now... Notre Dame Muppets? I'd support that.

We need something a little less incredible to use when we're pleasantly surprised. I propose

The Muppets are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company. Jason Segel (Freaks and Geeks, Forgetting Sarah Marshall) is working on the screen play for their next movie.

At least can we get some Avenue Q?

Didn't we have Muppets for Miami last year? This is way more impressive.
