What's next for TN?

I would love to see TN hire Leach. That is about the only thing that could make this ridiculous off season even more crazy.

Unlike some other schools, we'll never have to worry about Rich Rod leaving once he gets Michigan turned around. No one will be willing to endure the initial transition after seeing Michigan's struggles.

Thankfully nobody in our staff has ties to TN. Kippy Brown is apparently going to be their interim HC. Malzahn, Cutcliffe, or Calhoun would be good hires in addition to Leach.

available name right now. Tennessee is a big time job, but I don't see them getting anyone better than Leach. I think Tuberville would have been a nice fit with his experience in the SEC, but obviously that ship has sailed. Maybe they will go after Nutt or Petrino? I'm guessing they are shocked by Kiffin leaving, I know I was.

Calhoun from Air Force was runner up last year for the job. I don't see Petrino, didn't he just do a similar thing to the Falcons? Not sure they would pursue someone who has done the same thing. I would be excited to see Muschamp, but not sure they want to fork out the money for him.

David Cutcliffe would make sense. He was successful at Mississippi, he's improving Duke (which says a lot) and Tennessee's offense was well under him. Granted, most of his success has come with Manning's at QB, but hey, why penalize him for that. Bobby Johnson of Vanderbilt - he already knows the state well, he has made Vanderbilt somewhat relevant. Imagine what he could do at a school without the challenges of a small private school. Kevin Sumlin of Houston continues to pop up in everyone's candidacy list, so why not. He's done fine with Houston. And let's not forget Butch Davis at UNC. Football will always be second to basketball there, and he did have a ton of success rebuilding Miami after the NCAA sanctions in the mid 1990s. Outside the box - Ken Niumatalolo. It's working for GT so far.

It would take $400,000 at least cause he used to be sabans lb coach just last year. TN gave him more $ and thats why he left. I dont see Michigan throwing a guy like him more money than both the coordinators.
