Something tells me the "who is your favorite finalist" poll has nothing to do with who will win the award.  Nonetheless, I have voted and am pleased that Mr. Moody has taken the lead.

It says fan vote counts for 1 of the votes. How many voters are there? If there's 4 voters + fan vote then yeah, this is good. If there's 200 voters + fan vote then....not so much.

EDIT: Found this...

The national panel of voters is comprised of more than 100 FBS head coaches, SIDs, media members, former Groza finalists, and current NFL kickers.

It is close, but I think Moody should win.  Between Moody and Dunn, looking at what would push my vote.

More Field Goals Made from difficult distances - Moody
The longest field goal made - Moody
More difficult kicking environments - Moody
Attempting extreme distance kicks - Moody
Kicking on a team seeking playoffs (the most pressure/better team) - Moody
Most points scored - Moody

and I guarantee he has the best tackle - Moody

Dunn has a fair deal of less attempts but a higher percentage of makes generally kicking from easier distances in the ACC.

Coaches, Media, SIDs, former Groza finalists and current NFL kickers vote for the Groza.

Vote has been compromised.

Stanford kicker received 10k+ votes (>50% of all vote) in just the last ~12hrs.

Someone needs to inform the organization.
