OK, let's forget what happened last game and move on to midweek MACti- er, hockey, shall we?

Team USA has taken 4/5ths of our forward Bs (Beecher, Beniers, Bordeleau & Brisson) plus Cam York for the World Juniors camp. Also 3 Dmen from MN. Here's an opportunity for freshmen Philippe LaPointe & Josh Groll to get some PT.

Time: 8 PM ET (moved up from 8:30)
Watch: BTN (no, really)
Listen: MGoBlue Audio

Let's Go Blue! Where's that license to kill gophers?

I'm really scared for this series, especially how many guys we're missing due to Team USA. A split would be good, even 2 OT losses would be fine to get some points in the B1G standings. Just hoping for a competitive series and dreaming for a sweep. Go Blue! Still think we have the best team in the B1G, this is just a tough series for the circumstances we are in.

It's really kind of interesting.  They do so many amazing things, but then they do some really, really dumb shit.  But the question for me is the in-between.  I thought PSU game one was the answer, where they ground out a good result.

At times, it doesn't look like there's much of a system, but maybe that's just because we expect magic going forward and then just play man defense.
