Team USA has taken 4/5ths of our forward Bs (Beecher, Beniers, Bordeleau & Brisson) plus Cam York for the World Juniors camp. Also 3 Dmen from MN. Here's an opportunity for freshmen Philippe LaPointe & Josh Groll to get some PT.

I love how quickly they try to move the puck, but sometimes I would love to see that one patient delay when there's time to let things develop and then pick out the right play.

Doesn't feel great for a few losses to pile up, but this is a very good Minnesota team.

Very bizarre finish, seemingly giving up. No goalie pull, despite the numbers saying always pull early (virtually all hockey coaches except Patrick Roy are guilty of ignoring the numbers on this), and then not even chasing the puck after the late penalty.

Not getting the extra attacker on the ice is really bad. No idea what Mel was thinking. Just gave up.
