There have been rumors about Michigan, but I'm not interested. - S. Floyd

Nothing like putting it bluntly. Let's move on.

So GBW has spent the last 2 weeks saying Floyd is for sure coming to Ann Arbor for the Penn State game. Where they got this info, I don't know, but other sources contacted Floyd and Floyd's coach, and they didn't even seem to know what GBW was talking about. Now it's possible that Floyd and the people around him are just playing coy or have changed their mind or don't want to hurt Michigan's feelings or whatever, but it wouldn't exactly be the first time that GBW has jumped on a story a little too quickly and ended up being totally wrong. Caution isn't exactly their watchword. So none of that would be important in any way, except now the Scout free board, which has been getting trickle-down information that awesome players are coming to visit (no one is ever as convinced that Michigan is going to have the greatest recruiting class EVAR as the scout free board) has decided that Floyd is some sort of crazy drama queen who can't make up his mind, when it's probably just as likely that sources got one wrong. And this crap happens with some regularity. Sure, there's something wrong with fans who start actually disliking kids they've never met because the kid doesn't show sufficient love for the school, but none of that is helped by recruiting sites being far less cautious then they should be in running with stuff and getting people excited.

It was reported on Scout that Ricardo and Floyd were Facebook buds and that Ricardo had confirmed that Floyd would be coming to A2. Looks like that report was false or that Floyd as quickly told not to go to UM. Seems that UM has not had that much luck wiht PA kids. Last in line is Cullen. Wonder what he'll end up doing?

That quote in that context sounds like some possible negative recruiting. That quote almost makes him sound bitter about it. Either that or he grew up hating Michigan.

Hes prolly weak and couldn't handle Barwis esque workouts. I'll take 3 and 4 star prospects that are smart and coachable and able to learn our system.
