There are...
...days until Alain Kashama (DE 2000-2003) sees the Wolverines begin their quest to repeat as Big Ten Champions by opening the season against Colorado State on September 3rd.

Go Blue!
In Kashama's senior season, Michigan won its most recent unshared Big Ten title before last year.
Like 2021, it was spearheaded by a victorious top-10 edition of The Game at the Big House — and it happened to be the rivalry's 100th.
Here is the entire game, with the (as of recently) late Frank Beckmann on the call for the Michigan Football network.
Enjoy!
I was at that game. Man it was fun to run the field. One important note, he actually played until 2004, not 2003.
You're right, he technically played the first day of 2004 (assuming he got into that Rose Bowl game).
But I think saying 2000-2004 could imply he played a fifth season in 2004 which he didn't.
Quick question: how many of you remember how loud the stadium was that day when Braylon scored an 80 yard bomb touchdown in the second half? It was called back, but I always remember that as the loudest I have ever heard our stadium!
Seriously, it wan an explosion to rival the woodson taking the punt to the house in 97
go to minute 129 to watch the magic happen
My senior year...crazy, absolutely CRAZY that the drought lasted from then until last season.
Speed. I am speed. One winner, 42 losers. Ka-chow!
The first and third Cars movies were very good. Especially the third as we watched cars retire at the same pace as NASCAR drivers were retiring.
Can't wait for you to find a new gif.
Is this one better?
9 to 5, always working.
