Friday night before football.
There’s nothing like it.
Theres a buzz in the air of a college town
and a spring in the step of a fan
All across the nation, there is the humming of fight songs and the clicking of previews and the bursting of hope.
The schedule is checked. The tv prepared. The tickets loaded on a phone.
A lucky T-shirt or jersey is laid out to be worn the next day.
Football is coming.
