Suggestions for Watching the B1G Championship in AA Saturday

Submitted by HAIL 2 VICTORS on November 29th, 2021 at 5:02 PM

I am heading into AA from Kansas City with my Daughter (21) Friday to see the hockey game Friday night.  I then have tickets for the Basketball game Saturday.  I am staying in AA and looking to watch the B1G Championship Saturday night with like minded fanatics.  Any suggestions as to best place to watch the game?

Charley’s or Brown Jug if you can get there early enough but I’m imagining students will be getting there hours before to hold down tables before the game. We had people holding down a table starting at like noon for the 2018 NCAA basketball title game. Connor O’Neills, Old Town, Caseys, Fraser’s, Pretzel Bell are also solid off campus options. But you’ll have to get to any place early. I’d plan on an early dinner around 4pm and then pace yourself with light beer until 8pm.

Would join you but I’ll be at Lucas Oil Stadium. Go Blue!

I’m staying at the Kensington Saturday for a late family thanksgiving. There’s a BW3 across the street which is where I shall be. I know it’s not “college scene Michigan” but I am almost 50 and have no business creeping the kids out with my appearance. At least I’ll be amongst friends.

Find a place that serves alcohol in AA.  There is a 0% chance it wont be filled with "like-minded fanatics".  Have fun, I took one of my daughters Saturday, and as you can imagine it's a memory that will last a lifetime.  Here's to hoping your weekend is the same.

random question on CFP - how are the semifinal game matchups decided. if Michigan beats Iowa, we all expect them to be in the 2-3 matchup, but will that be the game in Arlington or Miami? Does the top seed pick?

Since my son is going up to Indy for the game, I was thinking about driving up to Ann Arbor from Kentucky to watch it with other Michigan fans and not just alone.
