So our 22 PG commit is 5.9 and our 24 PG commit is 5.8

We're trending towards a .500 record this year and our All-American So. center is meh and our #1 recruiting class is average.

Is anyone worried about the state of the program?

I was interpreting what the doctor likely said about his growth based on this passage,  if I had seen a direct quote, I would have used quotation marks:

His short stature is particularly curious when you take a look at his family. His father stands at 6-foot-6, his mother at 5-foot-9 and his sister at 5-foot-11.

When the Anderson family took Christian to see an endocrinologist to get more answers on his unique frame, they learned that his bone age, which helps doctors estimate the maturity of a child’s skeletal system, is closer to that of a 12 or 13 year old.

“He’s just going to grow until he’s 20 years old,” Christian Sr. said.

Traditional basic height calculator ( 2.5 inches taller than the average of the parent’s heights) would suggest that he should reach 6’ 4”.

Using a height calculator based on 13 year old bone age and his actual age of 15:  https://bonexpert.com/ahp/#/Male/CauEurN/-/-/-/-/-

It would say 6‘4” +\- 1.25”

If his bone age is 12, then it’s even better: 6’6” +/- 1.25”.

So the predictive science is anywhere from about 6’3” to 6’7”.

Note that this predicts his final height, not his height necessarily when he is a freshman in college.  At least it’s more likely most of the growth spurt will be done by sophomore year in college.

Imagine a Steph Curry clone playing on the team.  Steph Curry stood at only 5'6" and weighed 130 pounds in his freshman and sophomore year of high school. He grew to 5'9" his junior year and had a big growth spurt, to about 6-foot, going into his senior year. Steph grew into his adult height of 6'3" in his sophomore year at Davidson College.
