Shea Patterson and M football hype video
One day premature.
We're a baseball school.
What happened to then?
we missed it.
when?
just now.
Spaceballs always gets an upvote
Shea was really solid last year. I hope he takes the next step and absolutely lights it up this year and then goes in the early rounds of the draft.
Probably the most talented passer since Henne. It's silly that he didn't have a single 300-yard game last year.
I have great faith that we won't be saying that this year.
It's silly that he didn't have a single 300-yard game last year.
The scheme didn't help, but as well as he played, he missed a lot of open receivers, and there were a lot of drops.
I have a very good feeling about this season.
This has to be the year Harbaugh & Co. make something happen. Other than injuries to starters, there are no excuses. OSU has a new coach. We have all three rivals in Ann Arbor. This is year 5 of Jim. We have a great senior QB with one year under Harbaugh going into his second. I expect nothing less than beating MSU, OSU, and winning the conference, thus making it to the playoff. We don't really need to beat ND. It would obviously be nice, but it's not needed.
I hope we beat ND. Bending over backwards to get them on the schedule only to lose twice would be pretty dumb.
You had me right up until the ND statement. Yeah we need to beat everyone.
We actually don't NEED to beat Notre Dame as far as the post season is concerned. A 12-1 Michigan Big Ten champion is in the playoff.
Not to argue, but wasn’t Ohio State 12-1 last year, and didn’t make the playoff? It all depends on who you have that one loss to, and by how much.
Well that...and whether or not the 3rd SEC team has 3 or more losses.
What if a 12 - 1 Michigan, and a 12 - 0 ND are vying for the last spot? Sound familiar?

Or what? Not that I necessarily disagree with you that this year has the makings for a championship run, but absolutism (in my opinion) is foolhardy. Remember when “Clemsoning” was a thing? Now Dabo is a world-beater. Again, I don’t disagree that with Shea coming back, Gattis, the OL and the home schedule 2019 could be a big year. I’ve seen you express this sentiment here often. I’m not trying to quibble with you, but I just wonder how you have reacted 7-8 years ago if you were a Clemson fan. Would you have “checked out” and given up on Dabo?
We all want to win and are passionate. But, being year 5 isn’t really the point. As we saw this weekend with all the recruiting commits, the program is continuing to gain momentum. Yes, nothing builds momentum like winning championships. But again, not winning a championship this season doesn’t preclude winning one in the future — Shea isn’t the last talented QB Michigan will have ... in fact, he’s the FIRST (of many to come it seems) under Harbaugh — just as winning one this season doesn’t guarantee another in the future.
I expect one thing and one thing only from Harbaugh & Co : have the team prepared to win. I think they failed to do that vs. OSU last season. But, that said, players have to make plays. Passes cannot be dropped, etc. I’m very optimistic about the coming season as I think Gattis will add a great deal to the offense preparedness.
Go Blue!
I don’t think this year is “playoffs or bust” but I, along with a bunch of other people, will be pretty disappointed if this is another 10-3, loss to osu, poor bowl performance season.
You won't be saying that once Dylan is starting!
Sigh. Oliver Martin. :(
Why, Oliver? Why??
We are all ready for a large serving of that.
I'll enjoy it tomorrow. Today is all about the baseball team.
My only wish for the upcoming season is to beat Ohio State.
Upvoted for a properly embedded video. Double upvote for getting me excited for football season.
Solid hype video. Love Shea, what really stands out from this video is how much of a problem Nico is going to be.
… for Rutgers.
I'm eagerly awaiting the day that these hype videos don't just show us beating up on teams that don't belong in the conference, but beating up on Ohio State.
Did you like it? I like Shea, I obviously like passes and catches and Michigan football... but the video itself I'd say is sub-solid. The song was distracting, ie the intro was DJ Khaled doing what he does, but it was awkward. Then the cut itself was just sorta meh. That said, not meaning to crap all over this fan art, just not my bag.
I'm a Luke DMello guy. Hit me with a hype video from Luke anytime.
Mello's hype videos are in a class of their own. Admittedly, i watched it with the sound off as im at work so i cant comment on the music choice. I think at this point i am starved so i am not in a place to critique hard.
Football should be able to hold me over till baseball season starts again
Title should have read:
"Mineral King and M football hype video"
That felt good!
Coming back to this today because it's officially football season.
Fire ? Harbaugh
I'm on board the "gotta beat the buck nuts this year." They are close to a rebuilding year and our running backs have a whole season to gain experience. Also, we get receivers dialed in on route nuances and we have a experienced OL. Injuries are always the question, but that aside, this is the year for the offense to roll.
