semi-OT: Kentrail Moran (remember him?) trending to EMU.
At one time Kentrail Moran looked like a very good bet to be in this class. His recruitment ended when Harbaugh was hired. He's a near 4* RB from IL. Athough most of his crystal balls are still for Michigan, he was expected to end up at Illinois. He visited EMU this weekend and Lorenz, Ace and others have put in their CBs for them.
It would be quite a coup for them to pick up a kid with multiple Power 5 offers, from out of state, no less. That's assuming he qualifies.

I will say that if the bagmen in Ypsilanti were going to come from the world of adult entertainment, you would want them to come from Deja Vu if you had a choice. Leggs (now something else - I forget what though), for example, which I now believe is under different management anyway, is far too remote from campus and attracts a crowd that isn't necessarily interested in discussing football per se.

They grabbed Fred Coppet (4* RB) out of St. Thomas Aquinas (FL) a few years back. I'm not sure whom, if anyone, they beat out, but it was still considered a major get for the Falcons. These situations are certainly rare though.

I think there're a decent number of Floridians playing for BGSU. There are a lot of players in Florida, not a surprise to see a few of them make their way to BGSU.

We had a snail and several small fish. We kept killing the fish, but the snail keeps living on. He's (she? Do they even have genders?) is a plucky little bugger.
I thought they just hung out at the bottom in a ball of gush, but he moves all over his container and will find his way out onto the plant leaves and hang upside down on them.
He's quite entertaining. Who knew?

Michigan sucks all the oxygen out of the room for college sports in the area.
A college team needs support beyond just the athletes and the students. It needs support from the surrounding community. But there is none left by the time Michgan is done.
If Eastern was in Fargo, they'd be like North Dakota State football.

I don't want to presume anything about this kid since I don't know him, but if he's this highly rated of a player and he's going to the eternal dumpster fire that is EMU, it leads me to wonder if he's got some external issues like academics, or just some other qualities that turn other coaches off.
Again, pure speculation on my part, but someone traditionally doesn't go to EMU if they have another choice.
