Michigan up 5-0 in the top of the 4th, as Romo just singled in a run.
No clue. No video feed. Hope she's ok.
I hope she is ok.

scores Romo from 3B. Now 7-0 us.
to the bottom of the 7th. Tera still in the circle.
Tera Blanco gets the shutout, and scatters 7 hits. She had 0 BB and 6 Ks. What a great performance for this young lady. Great job.
Walks have killed us thus far this year. So maybe Coach got a little fired up with the pitchers. Whatever she did, it looks like it is working. Lets see what happens tomorrow.
with 2 RBIs. I just hope Abby is not seriously injured.
Another fine day for Coach Hutch and the Michigan Softball Team!
of us were starting to get concerned about the pitching, they totally redeem themselves. Lets not get too giddy just yet because it is only Ill St and Dayton. These are not SEC caliber teams.
However, I will agree it is certainly a good start to the weekend.
A good day, even if it's against lesser competition. The two zeroes on the board are, of course, the highlight. Great to see Betsa shut a team down in a game where the offense was, for whatever reason, not clicking. The bats came back in game 2, fortunately, and hopefully that'll continue throughout the weekend. Louisville tomorrow should be a good test - they're not as good as they were a few years ago, but they're a solid club.
And there's apparently a live feed for the Louisville game tomorrow. I assume Louisville's own broadcast team considering it's the only game we play this weekend with the feed.
Today was a complete reversal of their pre-Judi Garman performances, where Megan and Tera often had serious control problems. Today, Megan threw 67% of her pitches for strikes and Tera threw 65% of her pitches for strikes, both of which are in the optimal zone, in my opinion. . Both Megan and Tera generally stayed ahead of batters in the count, which usually makes for successful pitching. (The Illinois State pitcher kept the Michigan hitters pretty much in check because she also had good control: 63% of her pitches were strikes, 2 walks, 1 HBP, and she was usually ahead in the count.) It looked like Abby tweaked her ankle sliding into third in the top of the 4th inning of the Dayton game. She was able to walk off the field unassisted but she was walking quite gingerly (not limping but walking quite gingerly). I thought I saw her walk out of the dugout later in the game without apparent difficultly. My guess is that she will be OK but we will see if she plays tomorrow. Rain is in the forecast so there is a chance the games may not be played.
Go Flyers. Win win for me.
