That's the only time they were getting such exposure - during recruiting periods!  If Harbaugh had gone outside the "15 contiguous days' in either June or July that camps are allowed, the NCAA enforcement division - led by Sankey - would have been all over it!

What an assclown...

General James Tecumseh Harbaugh to lead War of Northern Aggression on SEC.

General Harbaugh, what is best in life?

Lamentation of SEC womenfolk to follow.

Asshole of the day: Dan Wolken Quotes from his Finebaum interview: "he's trying to build Michigan's brand, he does that by grasping for attention" Michigan's worldwide brand in unparalleled by virtually every other university. It certainly has no peer in the SEC. Secondly, Harbaugh doesn't look for attention. The attention looks for Harbaugh.

at first I was so - so regarding  its worthiness  ..BUT ..its a day where good triumphed over Evil and by Evil I mean the Corrupt NCAA and the Corrupt and CHEATING SEC....The real reason they probably went balisitic about this is that they dont want northerners snooping in on all their cheating and bagmen and if they are down here details are going to emerge.....

that will continue, unless the NCAA is forced to be more transparent

With the satellite camps, the bad press and the DOJ threatened to expose the NCAA.  We began to discern the non-representative and self-interested dealmaking that has long corrupted the NCAA.

But there is so much more.  Witness the often-too-secret deliberations of the enforcement committee.  Why on earth is it now led by the head of--what many think--is the most corrupt league in the country?

(Perhaps this is a rhetorical question)

with the recruit being declared ineligible and his NFL future down the drain and the school being put on probation, that would be an appropriate tombstone to SEC dominance.

what happened tonight during the NFL Draft was the next best thing, with Laremy Tunsil admitting that coaches handing out money at Ole Miss.

Hugh Freeze and the whole fucking bunch at Mississipi gotta be both scrambling for excuses and shredding/destorying evidence even as I type this.  And that despite the fact that the NCAA is a toothless wreck of an organization that worries much more about a few extra stretches than they do about the absolute corruption going on right under their noses.
