BUILD THE FRANKIE COLLINS STATUE NOW
I like the enthusiasm of Michigan employees.
When will we know the Tipoff time for Saturday's game?
Super late tonight. After all games over for today, so they know every matchup.
Would you settle for a UT loss today? Asking for a bunch of Maize and Blue friends.
UT loss today would make this day 10x better.
yeah what is this question? I 100% would rather play Longwood in the next round
Booyakasha!!!!! All the slappies belong to us! Bring on the fightin' fullmers.
Good comeback win today. The team is growing. Good free throw shooting down the stretch and Frankie had himself a big game. Eli was clutch and the team looked very good in the second half.
Don't forget a confident Houstan. If he can get dialed in, it makes a world of difference to the offense.
Houstan's 2nd half performance was absolutely key to winning today's game. Like Collins, he stepped up when needed.
Benvom, Indy Pete owes you a couple of happy meals, or maybe just one happy meal but you can order the large sized fries and a drink! Go Blue, hope you guys get to meet up and go to the game on Saturday.
He bought me dinner last night. Very kind.
It sure sounds like something that Indy Pete would do. Very cool. Hope you guys get to hang out on Saturday, but whatever you do make sure you beat Tennessee for us, would you please?
Well that sure was fun!
How about Collins stepping up and showing what he can do!
Go Blue, in the 32!!
Fun fact: in 2022, Michigan is the first team in Division 1 to make the round of 32. No matter what happens next round, NO ONE can take that away from us
They looked good in the 2nd half after a maddening start to the game. Let's hope they carry that into the next game as they will need it against Tennessee. Frankie and Houstan coming up big when we needed them with Dickinson/ Brooks continuing to do their thing! Survive and advance!
I know lots of nice folks from Tennessee, and my visits to a handful of places in the state have always enjoyable.
But once on vacation, my family was next to a Tennessee Volunteer family, and the dad was one of the most smug, obnoxious guys I've ever met.
So, yeah, Beat Tennessee (or Longwood).
For anyone there or who was lucky enough to not have to work and could watch the game. What was the crowd like and how pro-Michigan was it?
Huge arena, but based on noise I would say 60-40 CSU
It was pretty annoying that CSU seemed to have louder fans in the first half, though I suspect a lot of the cheering was from some of the Tennessee and Kentucky fans or other non-Michigan fans in the arena just watching the game (several UT and KU fans sitting in our area). Juwan got pretty significant boos when introduced. Granted not a ton to get loud about in 1H. It definitely got pro-Michigan loud when Michigan took the lead by four I think in 2H, right before a timeout. Hunter was giving it to the CSU section down in the corner behind their bench -- not sure any of that was captured on broadcast but was pretty fun.
I'm all in. I have one request: Break this WIN-LOSE cycle on Saturday. This team is good enough for a long run. They have shown the ability to play well at both ends of the court. Despite CSU hitting 12 three pointers, Michigan prevails and wins going away.
GO BLUE!
I’ll be in Minneapolis for the hockey game later, but I hope to hear a lot of fans making the trip down.
I will be at Crisler Saturday. Hoping for the noon start on Indy.
W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-W??
Snip snap snip snap
Boy, talk about user name checking out
Who says we don't belong? Go Blue!
If there was ever a time to break the win-loss cycle, THIS IS IT
doesn't roll call generally mean you're going to the game?
make that drive up and root them on!
Me plus 4
Depends on game time, if it’s 2 or later I’ll be there
georgia state just took a 1 point lead, zags got a bucket, but hey, gotta love gsu.
