Risk Day 49 (v.2) - Gratuitous Risk Recap. Two Turns Left And....THE BUCKEYES ARE WINNING!!!???????

Yes, I know there was already an MGoRecap today, but three things. One, it wasn't written by me (I usually write them but I was asleep at the time because I love weekends). Two, there are no sports happening right now. And three, the previous post forgot the lead. Because, that's right, THE DAMN BUCKEYES ARE WINNING.

This is utterly unacceptable. A Nebraska win? Good, they're allies. A Wisconsin win? Annoying, but whatever. A Georgia Tech win? Dijon is really bad, but they aren't even rivals. BUT AN OHIO STATE WIN?????? No, this must not stand. The Buckeyes are our mortal enemies and anything less than pain and suffering and a College Football Risk "L" for them is completely intolerable. Almost as intolerable as a wedding on a Saturday in the fall. Almost. (Seriously, you KNOW that college football happens on Saturdays. We love you Sharon and Chris, but be considerate!)

Fortunately, there's something we can do about it. For specifically, there's something YOU can do about it. We've had a participation fall off the last few days, which means we might be missing out on several hundred more power that could have won us critical territories throughout the country. While that hasn't killed our chances (despite TERRIBLE RNG), we're certainly not doing ourselves any favors.

And tonight is especially critical. This is THE night when we position ourselves for the final push. Whatever territories we hold / border tonight are the territories we have the potential to capture on the final night. THAT'S IT. So, for example, we literally cannot take any territories in Georgia this Round. We're too far away. But we CAN position ourselves to take large swaths of the northeast and the west, as well as several other parts of the country.

"Can" is the keyword here. If you guys don't show up, it's over. We won't win, and it's likely some team from the OSU Puppet Pals will win....most likely their lord and savior Ohio State. Don't. Let. That. Happen. Go to MichiganCFBRisk.com right now! Do it! Let's make this final push and Go Blue!
