I was in the midst of conducting a survey of how many people use an iPhone, smartphone, etc. to post on message boards such as this one.   8 years of college down the drain!!

Harbaugh cause he wins+MM+rock star / wins+MM+rock star+everybody else wants him

Various P people because young+are winning / not MM+why would they come here?

Thank God regular posting is back.

Seriously made me realize how much I value this board as my one-stop-shop for all news Michigan related.

Was a royal pain in the ass the past couple days to have to scour the internet myself for Michigan news, rather than just go here where anything of note is collected in one convenient location.

like me who can't figure out how to get things to show in yellow on my posts, don't even try to post pictures let alone clips, and actually do not even know what the word cached means, why exactly could not log in the last two days, and who could log in, and why did it happen, and so on and so on?

I guess people using the iPhone app could still post, but everyone else could only read. This was done to keep the site up and running in case of breaking news. During times of emergency (like this week) the site gets overloaded with the crazies so its probably just easier for them to close it down temporarily.

Woot.  Now I can try and remember those posts I've been meaning to upvote the last couple days.

Or at least I would if I could remember the last couple days.  Thank you sweet alcohol.

Is anyone else having trouble with the site?  I can't upvote or downvote and when I'm looking at front-page articles the site thinks I'm not logged in--it shows "Login or register to post comments" instead of the voting stats at the end of each post.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
