Ravens players celebrate, mock John Harbaugh’s birthday with hilarious shirt

Sorry if this isn't allowed I just thought this was awesome and hilarious.

And I really liked this statement: "Still, it seems to be all in good fun as the team has really rallied around the family atmosphere Harbaugh has established in Baltimore."

Love the Harbaughs!

Remember when people were calling for him to be fired a few years ago?  Patience is sometimes key and that culture can never truly develop if you're just turning over coaches regularly.  On the flipside, a culture like the one in Detroit is truly ingrained and turning over coaches is a byproduct of shit culture from the top.

Patience is key. True. But having Lamar Jackson on your team and being the reigning league MVP helps just as much, if not more than that.

I'd argue that guy saved Harbaugh's job more than people having patience and letting a culture develop in Baltimore. Harbaugh has been there for 12 years. Whatever culture he was going to have is and has already been there for some time.

Out of curiosity, I just googled Ozzie Newsome, GM for the Ravens since their inception, and saw that he stepped down after the 2018 season. He's 64, which isn't young but it's not decrepit either.

Maybe Sheila Ford Hamp should give him a call—at the minimum he could serve as a consultant for a search for a new GM.

One thing that cannot be argued about the Harbaughs, almost to a detriment for their wins and losses: the players come first, second, and third and you can see that the vast majority of former and current players love them

Yet, the general public (ie: non-UM alum/fans) largely abhors Jim.  And it's based, mostly, on sound bites that only give half a story...

He's shirtless on a recruiting trip?  For SHAME!!!  No matter that a game was organized with players and coaches, and shirts/skins is still common today.

He climbed a tree on a recruiting trip?  For SHAME!!!  No matter that David Long's little sister (9, or so) asked him to fetch the ball she lost in it.

Giving shade to other coaches on Twitter?  For SHAME!!!  No matter that they initiated the shade by disparaging his program.

Crapping on OSU's AD?  For SHAME!!!  No matter that Smith crapped on  Michigan football by name for no reason.

So many more to list...
