Ducks up 7-0 early. Game airing on ABC.

Finebaum was right about one thing: no one wants to see Utah in the College Football Playoff.

Where do schools like Utah find these game breaking RBs like Moss?

ARE YOU SERIOUS UTAH FFS. At least try not to do something stupid for one drive.

Just tuned in.  So Oregon is playing to ensure their own conference's only hope for the playoffs, Utah, is eliminated right?  Furthering the devaluation of the pac 12?  The officials must have some specific instructions here from the commisioner...  Is there any sign of such shenanigans?

Edit.. Oregon now up 17 so conspiracy theory out rhe window

QB takes a dive instead of going for first down on third down, then does nothing on fourth down.  No chance Utah wins this game.  Small team on the big stage.

Utah is ranked 5?  What have I missed??

CFP system is weird.  Does it matter if you're ranked 5 or 20 anymore?

Basically the rules are none of their rankings matter until literally the last day. I think in 2014 TCU was ranked like 4th for four straight weeks, never lost a game during that time, and then dropped 5 spots the day of the final rankings. It's all designed to trick people into watching teams that are highly ranked but aren't actually good. I for sure wouldn't be watching this crappy Utah team if they weren't "fighting for a playoff spot". They got smushed by USC in September, why did anyone think they were good?

Just turned it on, but I can't say I'm surprised at the score.  Does anyone really think Utah is the 5th best team in the country?

I wore khakis and the thin M sweatshirt because it was Harbaugh's first game and I thought that was going to be a thing the fanbase did (never really caught on). Had a surprising number of khaki-related obscenities thrown my way ("Nice khakis, dickhead!"), a couple empty plastic cups thrown my way at random times, and of course a fat loud guy in an OSU national champs hat sat right next to me the whole game loudly giving me shit (his daughter went to Utah, I guess). Just hell all around; by far the worst I've ever been treated in a visiting stadium.

Does an Oregon win pretty much ensures us playing USC and not Washington in the holiday bowl should we go there??
