Look, the kid was having a little fun with it. Think about the intrusion that people have placed on his life for the past 9 or so months. (longer than that actually) For him to have a little fun about his recruiting is cool. And plus, it shows he is happy about his decision. He is the kind of guy that kids will rally around and he will be a good leader. Even if you looked at tape of him being at the game. His teammates gravitated to him. I loved it.

Does this mean that Big Will will finally be able to get a uniqname? - Just kidding. Don't react too much to his goofing around. This was an All-Star game and a chance for the best players to get together and, well, goof around.

Great Quote from Will's Dad on Rivals: "I think Michigan has a lot to offer Will as far as education and growing up to be a man. I think, basically, that the coaches there are a family-oriented coaching organization, so I like Michigan, but my main thing is I wanted Will to be happy. He's happy, I'm happy, I'm quite sure his mother's happy and everyone in his family is happy." Happy happy! http://www.michigan.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=896099

This reminds me of a valuable lesson I learned from my dad. I was probably 15 at the time, and some event had just happened that I turned to my dad and asked if he was happy with it. He looks and me and says, "Is your mother happy?" I respond with 'yes'. He looks at me and says "If your mother's happy, I'm happy; the sooner you learn that lesson, the better off you'll be." /sage advice

that would be awesome if the entire michigan student body called him the otter during his four years here. Every time he gets a big sack, the whole stadium would scream "OTTER!!!"
