OT:Michigan Wolverines/ College Football in general Podcasts
Have you tried the Shutdown Fullcast? Solid Verbal is good, too.

These would be my recommendations too. SV is a solid CFB podcast that covers everything and has been around for years. Shutdown Fullcast goes off the rails a lot, but usually has me laughing quite a bit. They are my 1-2 punch for the drive to work and mowing the lawn in the fall.

MGoPodcast is good.
Wolverine Beat by the MLive guys is also solid!

Co-sign on The Wolverine Beat. Nick and Brendan are really good together.
Co-co-signed. I only started listening to them a few weeks ago and really enjoy it.

The Audible by Fox Sports is quickly becoming my favorite. Also like the Solid Verbal and the Athlon Cover 2 podcast.
Shutdown Fullcast and SV are great. Podcast Aint Played Nobody is another really good one. It may not be the best for a casual fan because they really go down the analytical/theoretical rabbithole, but you are posting on a CFB message board so you probably aren't just a casual fan.
Even better, like the rest of us, they are posting on a CFB message board that is prone to going down analytical / theoretical rabbitholes arguably more often than similar sites, so they may feel right at home with that one. I do agree though, that "Podcast Ain't Played Nobody" is a good one though, and for that reason.

My friend and I started a podcast - "SEC vs B1G CFB Podcast". I'm not sure if anyone listens but it is a lot of fun to record!
Michigan
1) The Wolverine Beat (MLive)
2) MGoPodcast
3) The Michigan Man (Mike Fitzpatrick)
4) TheWolverine.com Daily Edition
5) Talkin Wolverines (Mark Snyder/Freep)
CFB in General
1) The Audible (Fox, Feldman/Mandel)
2) The Football Four (USA Today)
3) SEC on CBS (it covers all CFB despite the name)
4) Athlon Sports Cover 2

But Pardon My Take is one of the best podcasts out there IMO. Hot Takedown from the guys from fivethirtyeight is also good as well.
Even the Jim Tressel interview was hilarious.
That man sure loves his punts.
Podcast Ain't Played Nobody is my favorite outside of the MGoPodcast. It's a very stats heavy, detailed college football podcast run by Bill Connelly of S&P+ fame and Steven Godfrey. Also enjoy The Audible, Shutdown Fullcast, Solid Verbal, and Athlon Sports Cover 2.

For me it begins and ends with the Shutdown Fullcast. Because hearing Spencer and Ryan Nanni giggle about stuff never gets old.
The best podcast there is during the season

Their bowl previews last year were fantastic, especially the smaller bowls. Offseason SF is good, but during the season it's my go to.
Don't forget about Sam and Ira.
Yep, I was going to say the WTKA podcast is solid, especially on roundtable days.
Yes, wtka provides their morning radio Michigan content as podcasts which includes daily segments on recruiting, and weekly discussions with Johnn U Bacon and the MGoRoundtable (seasonal).

The loud/long visual commercials that I have to listen to between each 8 min segment drive me nuts. I know they have to make some bucks but they have made me stop listening as often. Plus, they are listed backwards and when you auto play, you sometimes listen to part 2 before part 1.
Agree with you. Their segments are usually right to ten minutes with both a national ad like Flo, who I now hate, and then Sam talking about lawn mowers for two minutes. I just skip them as fast as I can but I agree it is annoying.

Honestly, the mgopodcast is my favorite one out there because the insight is intelligent and indepth, but the guys are still funny and entertaining. Often it seems we have to sacrifice one for the other.
I've been listening to the Solid Verbal almost from the beginning. It's not as indepth as some of the other choices out there - you're listening to guys that are more fan than analyst, but they're fun guys and they get a lot of experts on as guests. They'll do some off topic stuff without allowing it to take over the entire show (I like Shutdown Fullcast ok, but I don't often listen because it seems like every time I do they just ramble on about unrelated subjects for 20 minutes at a time. Maybe I just pick the wrong episodes.)
The Michigan Man podcast is really good - when they have a good guest, at least. So some episodes are better than others. The most interesting thing about this podcast is during the season when they'll have guests from opposing teams' podcasts/radio/newspapers/etc to talk about those teams. It's always neat to get insight from people that are closely following the opposition.
Those are really the only three sports podcasts that I have consistently listened to on an episode-to-episode basis, though I've been known to occasionally download other shows here and there depending on the time of year or if they're discussing something I'm interested in and/or have a good guest on.
I think I might have to give Podcast Ain't Played Nobody a listen after these recommendations.
Obviously a lot of Iowa talk, but the co-host is a big UM fan(he likes ISU and UM). Good B1G and whole cfb talk w a decent amount of UM thrown in.
