Less protein than cow's milk, and WAY WAY more sugar. Don't believe the hype.

By "way way more sugar" I'm assuming you're referring to the 0g of sugar that almond milk contains. 0g is not more than the ~12g found in most whole milk. Otherwise, good fake fact. Don't believe the guy that makes stuff up on the internets.

and besides that, milk that has been pasteurized and homogenized has had nearly all the good stuff taken out of it.
the best milk is cold-filtered and not further processed, what is called 'raw' milk. by way of example, if you put your standard grocery store milk on the counter for a few hours it will eventually start to turn green. do that with raw milk and it will eventually start to turn into...edible sour cream.

Here I am right here, right now,
the one the only Magic Cow,
and as you guess and as you think,
the Magic Cow's my favorite drink.
A glass of milk, a softdrink mix,
share or stir...it's easy to fix.

Any old-timers remember that? (Sorry, no YouTube)
The neighborhood moms hated it,
which made the jingle all the more enjoyable.
