In defense of Leyland in putting Coke in, the lefties have dominated Cleveland tonight. Also if he puts in Valverde people bitch that he has been terrible in non-save situations, and Benoit has struggled as of late.

How awful are these Cleveland fans? You can follow the voices of SEVERAL drunk and hostile hecklers when the Tigers are batting and there is a general edginess that emanates from the crowd noise.
Ohio really is a horrible place. It's like you can feel their shattered lives on your TV set during sporting events.

Might have to finish this one tomorrow. Maybe Porcello can win two tomorrow like Wilbur Wood did against the Tribe back in 73. Wilbur was 13-3 after 40 games with the White Sox that season.
