If I'm not mistaken he said that the Oregon coach expects them to have 3 offensive plays per minute. Is he referring to the game clock or actual time. If it was actual time that seems pretty unreasonable.

Looked like center, upback offset to center's right, kicker in shotgun formation behind center, four spread to each sideline. Center snaps to kicker, kicker runs up the gut for two. Nice one!
