So, what CBS intern is running this one?

He got hired for his hair and because the stuffed animal beaver knows very important people.

Mr. GERG get hired to do anything anywhere or is he still unemployed?

he was on NFL radio with Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan for an interview. From the sounds of it, he is not working this season, but is eager to get back into coaching, either in college or the NFL.
To this Kirwan said something to the effect of "well, if that doesnt work out for you, there's always broadcasting". Which probably wasn't as funny to non MGoNFL network listeners as it was to those of us who suffered through beanie babies and middle linebckers set up 2 yards behind the NT

After seeing that man almost singlehandedly ruin two of my favorite sports teams I can only hope he never sees another sideline again. Be that as a coach, broadcaster, or waterboy.

this wont end well.......
September 6th, 2011 at 7:27 PM ^
it never ends well, unfortunately

I think it's time to ban all speaking of The Rod of the Rich for a while.

That tweet now allows Les Miles to control the game clock with his mind.

So are news about moeller or carr OT?
should we "ban all speaking of" them too?
It's 132 years of Michigan football, not 129

His type of tweeting wouldn't work in the B1G anyway.
He is allowed 1 character for every point Michigan allowed per game last season.
He's going to be mad when he switches jobs and figures out he can't shread his tweets.
Posts about twitter on mgoblog must include Gilbert Arenas, some guy I've never heard of, them arguing nonsense, and an illiterate OP.
How many times will he link Josh Groban?
I hope he can tweet Denard's smile.
"Aw shucks"
His first 70 characters always show something new and exciting, but he fails to make adjustments after the half way point.
Get over it, you should only follow Brady Hoke on twitter now.
etc...
September 6th, 2011 at 11:11 PM ^
I heard he tweets in all caps and uses nasty emoticons at his former Michigan players.

the arenas twitter post was mine. not so much illiteracy as i was baked. this is why i lurk.

The Tigers have a cupcake this week, then play Auburn, Florida State, and @Virginia Tech. I'd be more interested to see what happens if they start 2-3 than to get constant updates on what Coach Rod just had for lunch. Hopefully he isn't stuck in the studio for too long.

he uses this account more than he used his official UM coaching account. Thing went dead after awhile, he probably just didn't see the point :/
September 7th, 2011 at 2:39 AM ^
is this Rich guy you speak of. Didn't he coach some Big East school.
September 7th, 2011 at 9:38 AM ^
