OT: THE PLAYERS Final Round Open Thread

There are 5 players within a couple strokes of the lead.  Looks like a beautiful day in PVB as long as the typical 45 min afternoon rain showers don't hold anything up.  

So far Tiger has been hitting his fairways and putts...

I'd like to see him beat Jacks record just to live through history, but golf is pretty competitive with young talent right now. I know people aren't huge fans of his for his off the field issues, but I am still a fan because of how talented he is. There are also much worse human beings out there as well in my opinion.

Would disagree as well. Hasn't been hitting enough putts. Most of his putts have been damn good, but he hasn't made enough

Well, looks like Maggert will fall off of the -12 line

EDIT: Probably dropping to -10 as his 3rd shot is a long ways from the hole.

Sergio just displayed why is nowhere near Tiger's level and why he never wins. Absolutely one of the worst decisions ever to take on that pin at all

My thoughts exactly.  It was his ego that had him tee it up again instead of the drop zone.  With today's pin placement, you have a lot more green to work with vs yesterdays.

At this point he's just playing for cash.

My best guess would be right around a quarter million? No idea...this tourney has a rich purse.

Edit: Based on last year, dropping from a potential 1st to 8th lost him about $1.5 million dollars.
