They are not good. Tons of issues on offense, and Temple has had some good plays. This game is a tossup for us, especially if the defense can develop a bit before then.

PSU doesn't scare me one bit this year, and while I'm at it neither do Iowa, MSU, the Illini, or Purdue.

I always thought it was weird that we were supposed to be the dog to PSU, while a push against Wisconsin. I seriously think we've got really good shots at the whole B10, especially PSU, with WI and tO$U being the toughest ones.

Not to be a stickler, but there is an afternoon games thread for general comments about the PSU-Temple game. This seems to have spurred some conversation about whether PSU will be a tough game though, so whatever. I personally think this game more is showing of the strides Temple has taken. They stopped a pretty good UConn team last week, and appear to be controlling PSU pretty well too.

Penn St doesn't look as good as they have in the past. But you also have to give Temple some credit because they have come alot farther than people can give them credit for. They went to a bowl last year and beat UConn so they are not the same god awful team we think.

We are...the total opposite of Penn St. To paraphraise Jerry McGuire: They complete us.
I think in this instance our Napalm on cleats offense is more of a mismatch against their very good defense than their anemic offense is against our pillow soft defense. I like UM's chances.
