We showed a lot of plays and formations this year that I think were plucked out of the Oregon playbook (all those Inside Zone Reads with an H-Back as lead-blocker), so I think it would be thrilling to see Rodriguez and co go out to Eugene this off-season and pick up some of their crazy practice techniques and stuff like that.

I don't think this is accurate.  It's the converse, actually (i.e. Oregon plucked those plays out of RR's playbook.  Chip Kelly learned the offense from RR, after all.  A lot of what Oregon is running this year is very similar to what WVU ran (both in terms of plays and formations) during RR's last two years in Morgantown.  We're just not seeing those parts of playbook yet because, for the most part, the players just aren't ready for it yet.

Interesting that Oregon treats defense as almost an afterthought, with the primary goal to have 20-25 players capable of rotating through. Shines a little more light on our own defensive situation.

But I think the fact that RR's offense is "sexier" and able to garner more national headlines than JH's is something that a man very concerned with branding would consider.
