OT: New career options for Matt Millen

Earlier today I decided to watch the replay of the 2015 UM vs Northwestern game (still good stuff) and, despite knowing the positive outcome of the game, the experience was still tainted by having Millen do the color commentary.  This led to an interesting line of thought - what job should we (as in society) encourage/force Millen into which will have the most positive outcome for us all?  I was thinking we could somehow insert him into the MSU sports network such that only their fans will be listening to him - whether he drives them (and recruits, boosters, etc.) away from the program or they use their couch fires to guide an angry mob to his broadcast booth, it's a win-win.
