East Hall. You know, the one across from West Hall, which is adjacent to the Diag? Right on South U and between Church St. and East U? In Ann fucking Arbor.
Also, Teddy was a doctorate student (Dept. of Mathematics) at Michigan, he didn't just work there.

And I'm trying to find a link to the story, but I distinctly remember some football players at MSU also getting into trouble because they were lighting cherry bombs or some other type of small-scale explosive in the dorms.
