OT: "Mike" Dantonio on SportsCenter

ESPN continues to feed the disrespect meme. Oversight by ESPN for sure, although I'm sure Sparty believes this has been in the works for weeks. If MODS thinks this is irrelevant feel free to discard.

WATCH: MIKE DANTONIO ON SPORTSCENTER

The Michigan State coach is on set to talk about the Spartans' upcoming season. Live on ESPN/WatchESPN

He's just a spiteful, hate filled man.

I find it funny and quite ironic now that when it comes to discussing Michigan, he's becoming the very thing he despised us for: arrogant and condescending.

I really hope Harbaugh lays an absolute beating into this guy in October.

Looking forward to how Dantonio and the rest of the Sparty faithful manage to hold MIchigan responsible for ESPN's screwup.  The "Blue Wall" has expanded beyond Detroit to the national media!

ESPN becomes more and more of a clown show every day.  Commung, man - have someone double check something every once in a while.

Say what you what about the guy, but Dantonio took MSU from a John L. Smith dumpster fire to a couple of Big Ten title games and Rose Bowl win.  He has also owned us while we wandered around the place punching ourselves in the dong. If Dantonio feels that he deserved better from ESPN, it's because he did.

And make no mistake - every Spartan player has already sworn to facemask a Michigan player in retribution.

People including you know Staee is fucking done. We have a coach, we're taking your players and you're going to have a loss to us most every year. Dantoio will be at a big college soon or retired. All of the Save a Lot Spartans tears will taste so good. ESPN is filling a hole and disrespected your coach. That is all and you know it.

I imagine there were a lot of very disappointed people when they found out that they rushed to the nearest television only to discover that ESPN was not interviewing the former head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers at all.....wait.....*checks name again*.....oh, Mike Dantonio, the guitarist from the band Overcast....I get it now.

somehow this is Michigan's fault and will be used as bulletin board material in their locker room. In fact, they're probably hanging a screen shot of the error right now.

Monotone robot, corn-hole champ, Mike Dantonio's back....currently on College Football Live. He sure does a great job of making everyone in the room feel uncomfortable.

I know we're talking about ESPN, but are they that bad?

Is Mork paying people to screw stuff up so he can find a reason to get his players on edge?

It's funny either way.

There is a freep article on this already, I won't link, but Google is a good site to find it... Just search for Mike Dantonio.

The weird thing is that Sparty actually thinks they'll be in the playoff this year.  I think the shine has come off that defense and the descent has begun.

I live near Chapel Hill, NC. It's interesting to me that I could ask the guy who works down the hall from me - an Eastern Carolina University grad and avid college/pro football fan - the name of the Michigan State University football coach and he would not be able to tell me.

I could ask him the same question about the University of Michigan's football coach.  He would be able to tell me.

Sorry, MSU. Nobody gives a shit.

I've been watching college football finals that I've recorded today. All the good things they are saying about msu are killing me. I can't help but have high expectation for Harbaugh. Please please let him return Michigan to the top. I'm tired of hearing about all the non football Harbaugh stuff. It's time to produce on the field now.

One thing I do know, Coach Harbaugh will have our guys ready to play this year when MSU comes to town.  We will compete with them and there will be no 35-11 or 29-6 score this year. I would love to be a fly on the wall for that pre-game speech from Coach Harbaugh.

There is something magical about D'Antoni's face as he literally watches Jim Harbaugh play grab-ass on the main screen. This is the best coach they've ever had, people.
