I was in primo seats (just off the 50 about 7 rows up. Gold bleachers) for Denard's last game against the Irish. Every person in that stadium was standing.

whata great football day! Predictions? Predictions!
#1 wispy is about to get crushed. Auburn and Ohio run similar offenses. But auburn runs it waaaaaaay better
#2 Stae cannot stop baylor's scoring machine. (Who picks these match ups?)
#3 Minnesota. Dear lord who picks these match ups? although Indiana did beat Missouri this year.
#4 Ohio state this is gonna hurt. Not me, but Alabama will roll if you will. Big time.
#5 Oregon will edge out FSU. But it's gonna be down. To. The. Wire.

Jim Harbaugh to Michigan easily ranks with Saban to Alabama and Meyer to Ohio State recently in terms of Mount Rushmore hires.
I hate his biased ass. But at least he concedes this is huge.
|22 weeks 2 days ago||Yup, and even said||
Sigh. Dreaded double post.
|22 weeks 2 days ago||Yup, and even said||
Yup, and Saban even said he could not gain a competitive advantage in the nfl. I'm not saying that he's not a good coach. But I doubt he would be revered like he is without the built in advantage of the sec. Ie over signing, bag men, etc
|24 weeks 20 hours ago||Jack Harbaugh||
Isn't Jack Harbaugh, Jim's father? Wouldn't he know something? If he was saying that his son was coming to Ann Arbor shouldn't that be a good sign?
|25 weeks 1 day ago||No||
|25 weeks 1 day ago||Saban to Alabama||
I was in Alabama at UAB when the hire went down. It was crazy. I thought they were nuts. I know how they feel now. :-(
|25 weeks 2 days ago||so this is the rant I texted my friends this morning...||
So, I'm hearing things. Very very strong rumours that Harbaugh is coming to Michigan. There is talk that he will be paid 8 million per year and get a 10 year contract. This is being facilitated by ridiculously wealthy Michigan alums. He will be given carte Blanche control of the football team. Please please please let this be true. I would love to see him come home and save the program. The man has swagger and intensity. He's a proven commodity. He would make urban Meyer his bitch!!
I hope it's all true. I hate the sec will my entire soul. I would love it if we paid Harbaugh 8 mil because fuck you, we're Michigan and we can. Tired of Alabama. Nick who? Never heard of her.
If this happens Harbaugh to Michigan would be fucking epic. It will break the goddam internet. The college football world would blow up. Our recruiting would be ridiculous. Look what he did at Stanford. San Fran was a dumpster fire before he got there. He took them to the playoffs three years in a row and a superbowl. Everybody knows he's a winner. The kids are going to want to play for him because he is a mother fucking rock star!
I've also heard the Michigan job had not been offered to any of these fucking shysters out there getting raises at their universities claiming otherwise. The search firm had only made soft contact with agents to this point. So all these assholes claiming they turned down Michigan are full of shit
I swear I will fall down on the fucking ground and cry if\when they announce it. Then I will look to the heavens while sobbing and scream YEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS....MOTHERFUCKING YEEEEEEEEHEHEHEHEHEEEEEESSSSSS
I will weep for days. And sometimes in the middle of it I'll laugh hysterically, maniacally and mumble: "it's over, the pain is over!" Hahahhahaha, "we've suffered for so long!", hahahahaha "but no more", he is coming!!! hahahahaha!! Fuck yeeeeeeees!!!
But seriously. This would be THE biggest coaching hire in history. A coach coming out of the NFL in his prime. Returning home to his alma mater to restore it to it's former glory. Getting a 10 year contract worth 80 million dollars. He will ride into Ann Arbor on a giant fucking dragon, with no shirt on, covered in flame while playing a guitar and singing "Back in black"! I'm not fucking kidding when I say it would break the fucking internet. The sports world will go crazy.
BACK IN BLAAAAAAACK, MOTHER FUUUUUUUUCKERSSSSS!!!!!

But is wasn't in life's cards for me. I've been asked before what my connection to the Wolverines is. I have family that attended both UM and MSU. I tell them I've just rooted for them as long as I can remember. I also inform them that even if I wanted to, I could not stop loving what I consider my team. It's a part of me and I take great pride in all of the University of Michigan's accomplishments. I will admit to being a poor loser. But I cheer for my team until the last second expires from the clock. I love Fielding Yost's statement about loyalty. Go Blue!

I've got a 60 inch TV, large blue wrestling mat for calisthenics, Versa-Climber, treadmill, elliptical, Powerblocks, Michigan "Man Room" sign, pic of the stadium during the first Under the Lights game, a Michigan clock and.......wait for it.......
Wife bought me one of the lockers from the old practice facility for my birthday 2 years ago. Number 21 on it. I know they switched those numbers around but it's still cool.
|1 year 24 weeks ago||Labrum too||
I was a pj when I was young and did mucho damage to my left shoulder. Never gave much thought to the cracking and decreased range of motion. Fast forward to me as a 40 year old last year playing with my 2 year old. Felt it pop and then could not use it in certain movements without pain and weakness. Had surgery for torn labrum in September. Doc said 270 degrees of the 360 was torn from the glenoid. He placed 7anchors. Wore sling for six weeks then began PT. Still trying to regain range of motion. Doc expects full recovery by ~6 months. I hope he's right. I'd really like to be able to swim again some day.
|1 year 25 weeks ago||You are correct||
Mark Richt is a good man. Georgia is one of oonly a few sec teams I will actually cher for because they have ethics. To put it another way, I would let my son play for Coach Richt.
|1 year 25 weeks ago||I doubt it's the psychological factor||
Other conferences seem to rebound well after their conference rivalry games. Auburn looked great last night.
|1 year 25 weeks ago||Exactly||
Exactly, they played the strategy much better than we did because they were a much better team than we were this year. What's wrong with saying that?
|1 year 25 weeks ago||YES||
Of course it did. Did you not hear the comentators keep pointing out how Sparty used Borges's offensive strategy? Why? Because it worked.
|1 year 25 weeks ago||In response to SEC dominance...||
It may only get worse with their cultural acceptance of cheating. I live in Alabama and Auburn fans just shrug and laugh when you mention Cam Newton.
|1 year 27 weeks ago||I cheer for rich rod||
I will always love Michigan. I support Hoke because he is our coach. But there is no denying rr got screwed by Michigan. It's embarrassing what we did to him. I liked him and will continue to support him. Great win today coach!
