Good to see the Lions so strong against the run.  Let's see if the defense can duplicate what they showed last week.  If they can, the Lions might be a surprise this year.

Cousins and Stanton are not starting QBs.  Only playing do to injury.  MSU doesn't get credit for Foles.  Arizona does.  Hoyer will benched by week 5.

So in 3 weeks they will have none unless RG3 is hurt.  In that case Cousins is still only playing because of injury.

going back to his rookie year in preseason with RGIII, when he largely outplayed him.  RGIII went on to have a successful first year, but esp. after his knee injury, the Start Cousins noise has been louder and louder.  Cousins has outplayed him at every opportunity and should be starting from what I've seen of the Redskins.

It looks like RGIII got hurt again on a play where he wasn't touched by the defense (made a throw falling out of bounds).  Cousins looks to get some snaps here.

And Cousins just threw a TD pass to the Fullback!

Let me just say that I WAS WRONG.

I thought the Tate pick-up was bad for us and that we paid too much for him.  I guess I didn't realize at all how good he was.  He has been much better than I expected him to be and he's a perfect fit for our WRs.

Well, holding Carolina to an FG here is something of a minor victory here despite the fact that it puts the Panthers on the board, but it still doesn't make me want to put some sort of adhesive on Bell's gloves all the same - that fumble still stings a bit.
