Tebow is almost totally ineffective as a passer. They also have very little talent on offense. Decker is a number three receiver, but in Denver he is a one. Defensively, they are poor.

...I can't believe the Lions are playing a game like this against a player that the media has annointed as one of the NFLs marquee stars.

10 years ago the Lions would've made Tebow look like a lock for the NFL HoF.

I thought all he did was win......................

Good win for the Lions. 6-2 with some tough games left on the schedule. I think they'll make the playoffs this year.

This is why I stuck with and supported the Lions for all of those awful years, despite any ribbing that I received from people I knew...so that I could revel in their success - whenever it came - without the "bandwagon fan" label.

If they continue on this trajectory, the Lions will be a sustained force in the NFL for years to come.  They just need to bolster that O-line...I'd love to see their ground game as good as their passing attack (though I'd simply take consistent performances from week-to-week).
