That's a bummer. I remember him back in the early years of Hoke. Hopefully he and the Lions can both rebound next year.

Scapegoat. Glenn should be next, followed by Campbell.
what a disaster.

Glenn has to go without a doubt. I like the offensive coordinator Campbell found after removing the previous guy. He should have the chance to replace the defensive coordinator as well.

Oh, oh, Sheila!

Apparently he was a grad assistant here under Hoke (don't think I remember him at all).

Same. I file it under things I learned while watching Hard Knocks. That and apparently Dan Campbell has a different shirt with a motivational saying for every day of the year. And maybe your OC and DC dog cussing each other on the practice field for extended periods of time is a distraction and NOT a recipe for success.

I said the exact thing watching the show.
I acknowledge it’s tv so things are staged and played up and there are hours of stuff that didn’t make it in the final cut. But it sure looked to me like the young NFL retirees coaching were as much or more interested in challenging and trash talking each other as they were actually improving and developing the players they are responsible to coach.
multiple times I said out loud to the screen, “turn around and watch your player! Who cares what he thinks?!”

The fact that the upper Lions management approved the team appearing on that stupid ass Hard Knocks show was a sign that they were as clueless about how to go about building a winning team as any of the previous management dopes.
It's a symptom of a franchise that constantly chooses marketing and hype over competence and substance.

I like Campbell but when he was addressing the team with the tuck “drag them to deep water” BS I figured he wasn’t going to be a successful coach

WCF should be removed from the Jersey. Ownership has failed.

100%. The old man died eight years ago. He brought zero championships and practically all misery regarding the Lions. Take that patch off and forget about him.

The best way to observe the ownership of William Clay Ford is to remove the "WCF" patches and replace them with "WTF" patches.

The Water Boy is next…

I'm even more confused. (It's really early.) I looked at the title and thought "Aubrey Plaza, the actress? Huh?"

He was on my football team in 7th grade. We were terrible but he was really good. He was a really nice guy.

I was sad about that. He did a really good job last year with almost nothing to work with and almost got hired away. I hope he comes back to Michigan at some point. He strikes me as someone who would absolutely excel at the collegiate level.

Also known as 'rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.'

This is what happens when you hire a coach before you hire a GM. The defense as a whole has completely regressed year over year.
Aaron Glenn is in way over his head and it shows

Fire Glenn too. Guy is a joke of a DC.
