OT-"brady quinn"
I know we already made fun of him this week but why not read someone who gets paid to make fun of him.
... Tom Brady is the best looking QB.
No homo.... ok a little homo
Like the guy doesn't know he sucks? What's the point of making fun of the second string QB? That's like making fun of a 30 year old in the minors... he, like probably already knows what you're saying and agrees.
Just to nitpik, he's actually the 3rd string QB. Tebow and Orton are ahead of him.
Also, if you're gonna make fun of a Notre Dame QB, Jimmy Clausen is the one. He was a pompous toolbox from his signing on, and now Carolina gave up on him after only a year by drafting Cam Newton.
Tebow takes a lot of reps as the third QB behind 1. Orton, and 2. Quinn.
He went to Notre Dame and is kind of a brat. There is nothing wrong with poking at a former Rival to me.
And how we gonna downgrade the Tom Brady comment? Come on now fellas.
Thanks for that. Hilarious!
I miss that defense...
I miss defense.....(that one and a whole bunch of other past Michigan defenses!)
I know no one's reading this thread anymore, but since you can't have one without the other...
Anybody know where I can find a good Michigan football blog?
As a Cleveland Browns season ticket holder I can tell you that the hype and excitement around here was pretty high for Mr. Quinn. I know it seems unbelievable but a few years ago we thought we had an embarrassment of riches at the QB slot with Derek Anderson and Quinn only to find out they both sucked.
I don't wish him any ill will. He seemed like a pretty good guy who just wasnt as good as everybody thought he was. And yes....I'm sure he knows that too.
You may have found your savior in McCoy.
Derek Anderson? Are you effin kidding me? He was buried on the bench for a few years.
Never understood the distaste for Quinn as a person; he was a mediocre QB, but that really wasn't his fault. I thought the article was somewhat funny, but in the low-hanging fruit sort of the way. Making Quinn sound like a jerk, when by all accounts he isn't, just seems petty. Yes, he is very muscular and looks more like a model playing football than an actual QB, but that isn't his fault. He competed reasonably well at ND, but it was the NFL and the fans that somehow thought a guy with an average arm and meh accuracy was going to become a star in the NFL just becuase he can fill out a jersey well and comes from a once-proud football program.
