The helmets are less bad than most of their "Shamrock Series" atrocities have been. Remember these?
But the rest of these uniforms are, as Charles Barkley would say, turrrible.

I'm 100% not opposed to alternate uniforms for us every year.

I want whatever the team wants. they are the ones playing, sacrificing their time, sacrificing their bodies. if they want crazy shit, and it helps then win, recruit, etc, have at it kids!
I don't think they're all that bad, except for the green stripe on the helmet. But Notre Dame is one of those few programs, along with Michigan, Alabama, and USC where you just have to ask "why change the uniform?" Why mess with a great thing?

The font change is ugly
Quick fix:
1. lose the helmet stripe.
2. lose the gold shoulder side nonsense.
3. make the letter actually match the helmet color.
Would be a massive improvement. I cut my own hair so I'm a stylist and my opinion matters.
Where is phork to lecture us on what a great tradition it is for nd to change its uniforms every game?
Did they strip down a bunch of Oregon's old uniforms from a Goodwill store for this ?
