OT: 8/25 Tigers/general baseball open thread
Chat it up, folks. The Tigers vs. Rays are underway for the finale of a 4-game series in Tampa. Detroit is going for the 3-1 series win, Tampa Bay is looking for the split. Fister is on the hill for us, and he's going up against Jeremy Hellickson.
Austin Jackson leads off the game with a homer! Nice way to start off the game.

What a series for the Tigers' pitching. Six runs given up in four games. That team ERA is going down.

Question for you guys. Key ingredients in a keeper trade. Who would you rather have on your fantasy team in 2012 and beyond, Jose Bautista or Josh Hamilton?

I'd go with Hamilton. But I'm also not a believer in Bautista. I just don't think he's going to keep doing what he's done the last couple of years. Maybe I'm just cynical, but I haven't hopped on his bandwagon yet.
