Michigan smacked Alabama around pretty good--twice--in Alabama's own house. Of course it was in early spring and the SEC wank pheasant announcers were whining about the "freezing" 50 degree weather.

OU seems like they were underseeded relative to their actual strength, and the games would be in OKC.

How about no thanks.

Speaking of Romero, she set yet another Michigan career record tonight.

With 1 run tonight, she passed Traci Conrad's 223 and is now the career record holder for runs at 224 (and counting).

Romero is tied for first in career home runs and is the career record holder for RBIs, slugging percentage and grand slams (she is also the NCAA career grand slam record holder).

That's where I'm getting the info from.

I update it after every game. I usually beat @umichsoftball when it comes to who tweets out Michigan record changes first.

face Bama.  Their pitching is bad and offense is not so good.  We match up better with them.  I will also say that we are better the Oklahoma too but it will be a more difficult match up for us.

just beat 'Bama, final score 5-2.  Got the final out on a bases-loaded strikeout.

'Bama needs to win a pair tomorrow, otherwise it's us vs. the Sooners.

I want Oklahoma.  We're the better team either way.  We've played Bama.  Familiarity reduces the spread of talent level.  Oklahoma doesn't know M.

Plus feeling like the 'underdog' with the crowd for OK -- should focus a strong team.

I see only downside to playing Bama again.
